Welcome to this part. Here we will introduce our factory step by steps.

Our production plant is around 1000 square meters in total. Most products are finished here. We will introduce how products are produced at each work place.

As we all know, all LED flashlights are made from high quality aluminum alloy, copper or stainless steels material. But all these materials are not manufactured by us. We bought these things from suppliers, then shape them as our design which will be processed at CNC lathe.

Below photo is our aluminum alloy material processing line. There are professional machines. Here our workers do engraving, polishing etc.

After shaping and polish, all aluminum alloy body components will be deliveried to oxidation factory for oxidation. All aluminum alloy will be oxidated into different colors as clients' request. This step is very important for beautiful outlookings. Some colors are more complicated to make. That's why different colors housing bodies are with different prices. When all have been colored, our workers will start assemble. Here will go into assembling plant. Below photos will shows how they woke daily.

During assembling, there will be at least one or two QC persons who will take charge of product inspection in random and supervision of assembling. All finished products will be deliveried into QC department for last testing before shipment. Here every product will be checked carefully. Normally, each products will have 48-hour aging testing. We promise each client work normal before package.

If products coming from clients' order, we will do package and send out after final testing. Normally, we also have produced more products for our own inventory. This is to cut down delivery time for urgent orders from clients.

Of course, our cooperated clients could have their own products at our warehouse for 5 months or 6 months for free charging. But after that time, we will collect some commissions for stock.

We also have our own show room. There is our most products samples. It's very easy for visitors to see and understand what they are discussing and purchasing.

We have 15 people R&D team. Everyone is qualified with professional knowledge and working experience. All our popular products come from their excellent thought.

• There are 10 sales representitives in our company. Although people is not too many, everyone loves his/her works. They will give you professional suggests during your inquiry.
• Reserching and developing team:around 15 staff. All staff are qualified for their work. They could fullfil new products with clients' drawings which is workable. All our pupular products come from their hands and mind.

• Aging testing team have 10 workers. They take charge of testing finished products before shipment. They do not pick up and test some, but each product.
• Finance team:5 staff.
